Definitely need to pre-booking in advance (so you can only try out their specialty); overall, food are ok. Too nad, only 3 of us dine here, we couldn’t order too much good food.

believed this head chef formerly works or pre-own some shares at the old pudu Plaza basement floor restaurant (who used to also call Hong Kong Restaurant and later on become chef wong) they carry their signature dish over here ... curry fish head - 4/5 flavorful but limited pieces of grouper fish given fish paste soup - 3/5 the fish paste has a kind of funny smell. prawn paste chicken skin - 4/5 alwys their signature dish..they used to make it less thick which in my opinion is nicer. lo hon vegetarian 5/5 - very flavorful brasied pork knuckle - 5/5 another superb dish , taste is 1 class above others pork knuckle dishes u get out thr braised tofu - 5/5 the black sauce goes very well with the tofu only 2 particular things I'm less satisfactory ... 1) I'm expecting they use better grade of rice. but it's a lil 粗...they claimed they mix normal rice + 香米..but I feel is 70% 粗米 and 30% 香米 2) the furniture they get looks nice ..but the chair is very uncomfortable I'll definitely still come back and this place still deserve full 5 star for me.

Birthday dinner at this restaurant specializing in Cantonese cuisine. Place is small as it's located on the 1st floor but they do have private rooms for bigger group. Pre-ordered their seafood claypot, 2 flavoured ribs, fried macadamia lotus root, tau gan with vegetables and foc lotus bun longevity bun. Waiting was minimal. No faults on the taste and choice of ingredients but portion appears smaller then expected. Do expect premium pricing.

Came here during mid autumn festival for dinner and we pre-ordered the lobster platter. The staff will let you know about portion and make sure you don't over order, which is nice. The lobster platter comes with lobster fruit salad, yam basket with gung bo chicken, deep fried shrimp cake, jellyfish appetizer with smoked duck, abalone slices, and pork ribs. We also ordered stir fry lotus roots with nuts and other stuff, which was a refreshing dishes, and their signature fried noodles, which is very enjoyable as well. The food was pretty good in general, some items is slightly too salty for my taste though, and the platter portion is quite big as we are only sharing among 4 people instead of the recommended 6 people. lobster is fresh and enjoyable, and each dish in the platter has a different taste to keep it interesting. Restaurant is not big, but seating is comfortable, reservation is definitely recommended since it is a popular restaurant, private rooms are also available.

My second visit here. Always fully booked, they serve very authentic and nostalgic cantonese foods. Lobster platter is a must to order in here. Signature 脆皮百花鸡 really put alot effort to make and it is delicious! Environment is clean, a few private room with karaoke is good. Limited tables hence prebooking is required. Good for casual and occasion dining. Price are fairly acceptable. Will come back again definitely.
